PILATES SEssions held weekly
We move at two locations - Port Kennedy and Dawesville. Join us as we move with intention through a dynamic Pilates flow - leading to that Pilates burn we all love (or you'll learn to love). These classes are suitable to all levels, encouraging you to challenge yourself and grow stronger; mentally and physically.
10th class is FREE!

Once a month I curate a unique event to bring everyone together through movement - my whole intention when starting this business.
From paint and sip to a morning of wellness and skin therapy to a fun tennis tournament - I want to encourage people to try new things and find movement they enjoy. This is your place to bring your friends and connect with new ones, all bodies welcome.

private events
Private events can be arranged to suit your vision, from getting your personal training clients together for some fun movement, a birthday celebration, a hens or anything in-between.
Extras can be arranged to suit the event, eg. wine, customised drinks, food, personalised signage, additional services (face masks, floristry workshop, pain and sip). There is no limits to events - we can achieve whatever your vision may be.
