Join us on the mat at our studio located in Port Kennedy. We move with intention through a dynamic Pilates flow - leading to that Pilates burn we all love (or you'll learn to love). These classes are suitable to all levels, encouraging you to challenge yourself and grow stronger. See you on the mat!

JUST FLOW.

Think, Pilates only.

In this class you’ll be put through a seamless flow filled with mindful controlled movements bringing the Pilates burn. with a new intention set each session - these classes will make you stronger, increase mobility and bring a deep connection between the body and the mind.

Heavy weights are not used in this class but expect to see props to spice things up; ball, ring, ankle / wrist weights.

Where gym meets Pilates. An Iconic duo.

This class will start with a Pilates flow; incorporating classical and contemporary movements. Once we have the muscle activation and mind-body connection, we shift into a heavy strength block where you will see your favorite free weights exercises to shape your body in all the right places.

Bringing it all back together with a dynamic flow and cool down to finish.
